Account and Register

Shoppers must log in for placing an order on the site. Account and registration details must be kept for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. Customers can opt-out by contacting our customer service or unsubscribe.

Pricing

Products listed on the site must be sold on MRP’s or unless specified otherwise. Although prices of products don’t change daily, prices of some commodities and fresh foods may fluctuate on a daily basis. In the case of higher or lower prices on the date of delivery, no refund or additional amount will be collected.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel orders up to 4 hours before their delivery slot by contacting our customer help section. In such a case, the payment will be refunded if already made by you. If fraudulent transactions by customers are suspected or any transactions that defy our Terms and Conditions, we possess the sole right to cancel such orders.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

MAABAZAR.IN does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the MAABAZAR.IN, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Return and Refund

According to our policy, all our customers are entitled to return the products at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. The product will be taken back by us and a credit note for the amount of the products will be issued to your account which may be used for future shopping bills.

Color

The Colour of products that appear on our website is as accurate as possible. However, the eventual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee the monitor’s color display will be accurate. Therefore, a variation in the Colour of the Product shall not be treated as any damage or defect in the Product.

Modification in Terms and Conditions

We may modify the terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notifications to you. The latest versions of T&C can be accessed every time on the site. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai. The High Court of judicature at Prayagraj alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
